This document gives the T&C for the current Prize Draw which runs from 01st April 2011 and FINISHES at midnight on 30th June 2011 (the Promotion Period).

The winning entrant will receive a WHSmith Gift Card to the value of £500 (the Prize). The Prize is not transferable. No substitution (including for cash) is permitted, but Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value to the Prize if for any reason the Prize cannot be awarded as contemplated in these rules.

The Prize Draw is open to everyone who completes a survey from WHSmith, invited by the WHSmith Surveys Panel. The prize draw promotion period is 01st April 2011 to June 30th 2011 . This Prize Draw is not open to employees of WHSmith PLC, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. Limit one (1) entry per person completing the survey. Only entries received by Promoter during the Promotion Period will be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for any entries that are in any way not received.

The winning entrant will be notified that they have won the Prize within four (4) days of the draw, by e-mail and asked to choose which prize they would like as well as their postal address in order to send them the Prize. The Prize Draw winner will be notified by email using the email address provided upon registering for the Panel. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure that they have provided accurate contact details, and that they respond to any communication regarding delivery/acceptance of the Prize. The winner should receive their Prize no later than 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period, or as soon as possible thereafter. Should the winner not respond to two successive attempts to contact them by email within the 30 day period, the Promoter reserve the right to reallocate the Prize.

The winner’s first name and county will be announced on the Panel’s website.

Entry to this Prize Draw signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. All Prize Draw entries become the property of the Promoter. The data collected will only be used for:

i) Administering this Prize Draw.
ii) As described in the WHSmith Surveys Panel Terms and Conditions here.

The data collected will never be:

i) Sold or passed onto 3rd parties
ii) Used to try to sell or market products to you.
